Beastars is a manga series that takes place in a world where anthropomorphic animals coexist with humans. In this society, carnivores and herbivores are segregated, and tensions run high between the two groups. The story follows Legoshi, a timid and gentle wolf who is a student at Cherryton Academy. When a member of the drama club, a popular alpaca named Tem, is murdered, Legoshi finds himself caught up in a web of intrigue and danger as he tries to uncover the truth behind Tem's death. Along the way, he navigates complex relationships with other animals, including a rabbit named Haru, and confronts his own inner demons.
