Shipping Process & Delivery Times

Delivery Process

All In-Stock Orders are aimed to be shipped and packed within 1 Business Day (Not Including Holiday Periods), with confirmation and tracking details sent to your email address.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post, with Estimation dates as follows:

Standard: 3-5 Business Days
Express: 1-3 Business Days

The cost of shipping will depend on the items in your order - to see your shipping rate, please enter in your address at the checkout. 

Pre-Order Items

Please note that if you have ordered a product labelled "Pre-Order", only will we be able to ship your entire order once we have received all of the items in your order. If you have ordered other items that are in-stock, your order will be shipped when stock for your Pre-Order items have arrived.

As soon as a Pre-Order item comes back into stock, we allocate this towards your order. Once every item is allocated, we can ship your order out.

NOTE: Despite sending occasional Newsletter/Store Updates, we will not send individual Estimates on Pre-Orders! Please Email us for any updates!

Please choose to order Pre-Ordered items separately, to avoid long wait times for your other products. 

By Pre-Ordering an item out of stock, you agree to the possibility that your order can be cancelled. Some items can go out-of-print, which means we cannot supply them anymore. In the small case of this happening, refunds are 100% applicable. 

We are unable to estimate exactly when Pre-Order items will arrive, as due to COVID-19, we are expecting longer than usual delays.
