Products with the 'Pre-Order' Status are currently Out-Of-Stock in our warehouse.
Fortunately you can still reserve an allocation in our next shipment with our Pre-Order function.
Please note that Pre-Order items are subject to long wait times, and are heavily encouraged to be ordered separately to in-stock items.
We are unable to determine exactly when a product will arrive, as they all come at different times.
Most products are re-stocked fairly quickly, but some are subject to long delays.

Manga Mate is an Australian Anime & Manga retailer based in Queensland, Australia.
If your shipping address changes before we are able to fulfill your order, or you have incorrectly entered your address - please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.
We are unable to change the shipping destination once we have already shipped your order.
Although we are based in Australia, we offer shipping to most international countries.
Please test out your shipping costs by putting together an order, and entering your address in the checkout.
All deliveries are sent through Australia Post!
Without delays, the usual delivery times are as follows:
Standard: 3-5 Days
Express: 1-3 Days
International deliveries are estimated at around 1-2 weeks, but vary depending on your location.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately we have a strict No-Return policy if you change your mind on an order.
Please always double check and think over what items you would like to buy.
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
